The Break Of Dawn

Pretty lady, won't you come my way?

What?

I am turning 26 on the 25th.

Really?

Someone at work told me they don't watch the Olympics because they're boring.

What?

I have a shitty job, but at least I get to hang out with cool (some retarded as noted above) people while I work.

Garbage Day!

Everyday when I board my bus outside my pad at 1155 Davenport, I think of the scene from 8 Mile when 'Rabbit' is walking and talking with his buddy, who is trying to get him record label.

You're the franchise, baby!

The franchise?

Yeah.

I'm taking a fucking bus to work man.

Classic.

SO here is the situation. Although I am officially moving in upstairs in 8 days, all the talk around the house is when we are going to move out. I still don't know what is going to happen. All that I do know is that I am finishing my one year at Second City before I go anywhere. 100% about that.

However.

Grant is homesick and broke and hates his job. He wants to ship it back to BC in September.

RJ is also moving in the fall to Rossland, BC just outside of Nelson. He has friends out that way he recently visited a few weeks ago, and now he's dead set on moving out west. He describes such a beautiful small town surrounded by countless mountains. 6 months in Rossland is all he plans on before moving on elsewhere. 6 months to write and record and reconnect. 6 months living on the Rocky Mountains in British Columbia.

Then RJ invited me along for the ride.

You in?
